A Finnish course for newcomers

We respond to the popular request by organizing an intensive introduction into the Finnish language. In a small group of 6 people you will learn the basic communication skills needed in everyday life.
The topics include:

- greetings
- introductions: who you are, where you are from, where you live
- shopping
- numbers, expressions of time
- getting around
- pronunciation

In addition to basic language skills, the course offers you an opportunity of networking by getting to know others who, like you, have recently moved to Finland.

The course consists of 20 lessons (10 meetings of 1,5 hours). To reach the learning goals, it is expected that participants
